Beaucoup de bruit, service à l’accueil qui ne connaît pas ses produits proposer pour le repas du soir. ( pizza ) La réception et le restaurant en dehors du bâtiment de couchage.

Halte sur un long trajet . Les bornes de recharge électrique annoncées n'étaient pas encore utilisables . Suggestion pour tous les Campanile fréquentés = barre d'appui pour sortir de la baignoire

Hôtel pratique pour une étape

Hôtel Campanile tout confort. Chambre en parfait état et propre. Service impeccable. L'hôtel dispose d'un stationnement sécurisé pour les vélos, c'est très pratique. Petit déjeuner en buffet très complet. L'établissement est à proximité de la voie verte qui longe la scène, bien pour des balades à vélos.

Pas de chance pour Moi lors de ce séjour, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel ne devrait pas anticipé ce genre de dysfonctionnement ?

Séjour convenable malgré quelques aléas corrigés immédiatement (chambre affectée avec nettoyage partiel et sans draps). Lors de la réservation sur hotels.com, il était indiqué que la carte bancaire ne serait pas débitée ce qui a pourtant été le cas + obligation de paiement le soir même de la taxe de séjour + paiement le lendemain matin des repas (soir et petit déjeuner) ... soit 3 utilisations de carte bancaire pour 1 seule nuit étape, cela fait beaucoup. Sinon, séjour satisfaisant et personnel à l'écoute et désir de satisfaire le client. Formule menu du jour très appréciée également

To improve quality of rooms

The room was not what I was expecting !! Cleanliness was awful, spider in the room. On 1st floor no lift. But the breakfast bar was alright, good choice of foods. Free secure parking.

This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price.
