Amazing place to stay on the troll peninsula, the view and hot tub made the stay extra special. Highly recommend staying here after a long travel day to disconnect. We thought the price to value ratio was very good compared to our other stays in Iceland.

Lovely location by the fjord. Lovely views, quiet and peaceful. Cosy cottage with great amenities, including the hot tub. We were very lucky to see the northern lights too on our last night from here.

The cottage was really lovely. We had an amazing view, the inside of the cottage ist beautiful and the hot tub is an extra plus! The kitchen has everything you need for the stay. Would recommend and visit again.

Very quiet place. Beautiful cottage with a drying rack too. The hot pool was quite hot otherwise everything was okay. There were ducks in the sea near the cottages which added further beauty to the already lovely place.

Charming, cozy, and clean cabin with a relaxing deck and very kind host. It was amazing listening to the birds at 12:30am while soaking in the hot spring fed outdoor spa watching the colorful midnight sunset, priceless! This highlight was only topped by whale watching from the porch. The cabins are set back slightly from the fjord and the views are stunning! It's an easy 1 minute walk to the waters edge, and an easy drive to Dalvik too. So thankful we found these cabins; all surrounded by wildflowers, whales, nature, and beautiful Iceland.

This place was lovely, having a hot tub on your balcony was an amazing way to relax and unwind after a day of driving. The property is close to Akureyri if you want to have dinner there or find grocery options. The check in process however was painful, with the website saying you need to contact (call) them two days prior. This is very annoying when you can’t contact them (i didn’t have calling with my eSIM plan). I spent two times with Expedia support attempting to contact the property to receive check in information. Expedia provided me with the information on behalf of the hotel. It should also be noted that no guests were in the other cabins as far as we could see (no cars) so it was not high season. Despite all of the work to check in - once we were there it was a great little place with beautiful views and facilities.

Overall the place was great with amazing views. We were very happy. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working. There was no heads up or communication from the hotel letting us know that it was not available. Our kids were excited about the hot tub but were sad to see it was not available for us .

This cabin is perfect if you want a cozy, quiet experience in north Iceland. It’s simple and has everything you need for a restful stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay again in general, clean and comfortable. Host was helpful when I had a hot tub temperature issue. Two even better if's: I wish they would proactively send you the check in like others do, instead of making you contact in advance. The towel rail was making a big noise clanking on the wall which woke me up.

One of the best places to stay

What an amazing cottage and place to stay. One of the best places I’ve stayed in, in Iceland. Highly recommended. Communication with host very easy. Hot bathtub was a pleasant surprise
