「The property is ideally situated near the water fall - it is literally in the back yard to view. To hike to get a better look , you are short walk away from it and the scenic trails—once we parked, we didn’t feel the need to leave. 「Comfortable nice cabin, great porchIt is on a hard curve so there is some traffic going by but very little. I would just be careful if you did bring a pet. There were deer in the morning which we loved. The river is accessible and if weather has been nicer I think we would have spent most of our time down there.」

「My sister and I had such a relaxing trip. The cabin was FANTASTIC! The homey feel amd thoughtful decor made for a very comfortable stay. There.were many little extra lime spices in the cabinet, hot tub towels and even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to questions and quick to respond when we had a small issue with.the srove not working properly. I highly recommended staying at Cameo Cottage. 」

The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of nice bath towels, the paper towels and tissue were good & not the cheap thin stuff, the kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect. 「What a great place! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful with friendly animals to feed and pet. The location was perfect for us. Hope to stay here again in the future!」

「This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!」

「This quick birthday weekend getaway was perfect. The ambiance arriving was welcoming as music was playing. The lights were just right and the gorgeous view of Lookout Mountain was breathtaking. 「You won’t find a better hostess and place than this! Amy thought of everything we could possibly need and exceeded that. The home was spotless and perfect in every way. We will be highly recommending her to our family and friends heading to Mentone. Thanks again Amy!」

「Open design with elements of mid century and modern day mixed. I like older homes for their lived in feel. The furnishings in the bed rooms and the vintage paint by number paintings are my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deck on the back of the house provides a great view off the brow.」
