"I love my Marriott, when we walked into the hotel it was very nice, clean, modern. While waiting to be checked in I could hear how pleasant and nice the staff was with the first customer in-front of me. When it was my turn, the staff was really short and unpleasant with the whole check in process. I was kind of disappointed, maybe it was because of my appearance. He was very short and when I asked him where the elevator was it was kind of like an annoyed response from him vs a pleasant let me assist you type of response. "

"I was a little concerned about the outdoor parking after dark🤔The staff I connected with from front desk, services, lobby bar were all very professional yet friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast, but on 4/10 ordered evening room service that was very prompt in arriving. The food was good."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sandman Signature. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower felt amazing after a long day. My kids especially loved the indoor pool area, and I appreciated having access to a nice gym for workouts. This trip was a mix of business for me and a Spring Break getaway for my kids, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel—but the time we did spend there was very pleasant. I’ll be returning to Dallas again soon for business and definitely plan to stay here again."
