• Conair ExtremeSteam 2-in-1 Handheld Steamer & Iron and ironing board provided (two sets—one in the master bedroom walk-in closet and one in the third bedroom walk-in closet). Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
1. Party is NOT allow Unauthorized groups or open-invite parties are not permitted on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal by law enforcement, cancellation of your stay, and no refund. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people, in compliance with the City of Grand Prairie’s short-term rental regulations. We are excited to host your group, and we also aim to be good neighbors and ensure that our home and neighborhood are respected. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
2. Check-in and Check-out: Check in at 4 pm Check out at 11 am Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed if another guest is checking in or out on the same day. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability.
3. Property Maintenance: Please refrain from taping or sticking anything to the walls or ceilings as it may cause damage. Confetti or glitter of any kind are not allowed inside or outside the home, or around the pool or hot tub. Additionally, the pool service company comes on Mondays, and the lawn service comes on Tuesdays. They have access to the property to ensure proper maintenance.
4. Trash and Recycling: Trash and recycling are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am. Please bag the trash and place it at the end of the driveway on the grass between the road and the alley for proper disposal.
5. Minimum Stay: We generally require a two-night minimum stay to prevent misuse of our home, but we are open to considering one-night stays in certain situations on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out with your situation, and we will review it accordingly.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the home.
7. Parking: Please use the two available garage spaces for parking and two parking in the driveway. The city does not permit short-term rental guests to park on the street. Additionally, please avoid blocking the sidewalk, as it is illegal per city regulations. Violations of these parking rules may result in fines or towing at your own expense.
8. Glass by or in the pool and hot tub: No glass is allowed near the pool and hot tub.
9. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 pounds, for an additional charge of $50 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet.
10. TV: While we do not have regular cable, we do have Smart TVs, which can be used with your own account or any other personal streaming account during your stay.
11. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please respect all furniture to ensure it remains clean, attractive, and comfortable.
