$472.74 was supposed to pay at the property but ended up waiting almost 30 minutes bcz computers were down and it was 4am and was charged $490.00 so was not happy with that Expedia had reserved it for $472.74

It was centrally located, very clean, friendly staff, lots of restaurants nearby. The only downside was that the windows are not soundproof and you can hear street noise. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for three nights in April. It was wonderful property for walking around downtown—centrally located, comfortable room, relatively quiet for a downtown hotel. Very spacious room with s comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room is awesome! Love the kitchen area and complimentary breakfast. Wish there was free parking, but overall our stay was amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Room was great. Staff was attentive. Only negative was pool was toooo cold to use which is why we stay here. Also noise from cars blasting music can b a pain... lots ok f homeless in Dallas but they really dont bother you

The hotel was clean and in a good location. People were willing to help when I had questions although they didn’t always have the answers. There were many options for breakfast which was nice as well. I didn’t think that the valet was a good idea so I only used the service on the first $50 when adding fees is extreme when you can park for $20/day directly behind the hotel. There were valets “vaping” in the lobby and I didn’t appreciate the pot smell there either.

Loved the location, there’s a ton to do in the area! Staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful with a matching view and the breakfast was a great classic hotel breakfast! The bar is beautiful as well!
