Cute cottage in back of main property. Parking was a little confusing, but ultimately solved. Property doesn't have central A/C but a swamp cooler, so get used to that. Bed is not quite a standard queen-size, but will definitely work if you like your bedmate a lot. Good for a shorter stay if you're a couple; best long-term if it's just you. Not much available within walking distance but you'll find lots of things to do if you have a car. Proprietor is very available to answer questions. 4.5 out of 5.

This spot was an excellent choice for me, as I needed to be close to the Bishop Arts District. I was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bath had everything I wanted. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple.

Amazing! You have to stay here

As we were only here for a night and a short amount of time. This place is perfect for a couple of just yourself. Perfect amount of space and they provide you a lot, parking is well explained and they are willing to accommodate your needs any way they can. This place is so clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to Dallas. It’s in great distance to everything.

Weekend trip

This is a great property. The house (behind the house) was so clean and very well maintained. The property manager was friendly and very responsive to all texts. It was a short, easy drive to downtown Dallas each day. The neighborhood is beautiful, we had our own little parking spot, and we felt so safe. We will be back!

This is a charming area to stay in. This place was easy to find and in a beautiful location. However, there place did smell like dog urine and air freshener. It made it extremely difficult to sleep.
