《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the parking garage and amenity spaces are for loose trash only. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items: Trash can be disposed of in the trash rooms By the elevator on your floor. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags.
《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
《 SHOES》 Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
