I just had this property for four nights. Upon arrival, for the price i expected to be greeted by management, no one was there. The house was nice but not clean. There was towels thrown on top of the dryer, the outside looked as if it hadn’t been touched. I have several pics and videos. The outside furniture was covered with stains and puddles, the pool was littered with debris and gunk. The patios were covered with debris, bird droppings and ants. The firepit did not work at all, the ice maker on the frig door didn’t work, the AC in the kitchen went out the first day, the two burners on the stove were not working properly, the clicking sound continued to click once gas caught fire to burner, my chef couldn’t properly cook because she’s left handed, and was short two burners. No outlets in the master bedroom worked. The chef went out and purchased a deep fryer from target due to the two burners being out, as the grease was getting warm the fuse blew and the kitchen outlets all went out and killed the new deep fryer and all cell phone chargers that were being charged in the kitchen area. We were without working AC in the kitchen until our last day in the house. The manager Renee was very combative, unfriendly, rude and made the overall experience horrible. Her husband came out a few times to check issues i complained about. My sister has terminal cancer and was with me for the stay and she became overwhelmed with all the issues due to the cost i paid and renee attitude. I was asked to pay the contractor’s $75 fee for coming out which the owners took off my invoice. I wasn’t offered a discount or given an apology for the inconveniences or damaged cell phone chargers and fryer. My first in the home i wanted to book for thanksgiving, day before, durning and Black Friday but the way the management played out the duration of my stay and ALL the other malfunctions i went against booking again. The property is beautiful and nice. But the hassle isn’t worth it, mind you this property was very expensive when i booked it.
