Wonderful One Night Stay

My friend and I were in town for a convention that was going to begin the next day. The property manager was swift to respond to me whenever I had a question, and was willing to work with me! Honestly, the pictures don't do the property justice: The property was HUGE and the view was just stunning. If I ever find myself in Dallas again, I will 100% be staying here again!

This was a great location with SO much in walking distance. The host was super communicative and the property amenities were great too, especially the parking!The only note I have is something that can't be helped, but there is a fair bit of noise from the DART rail system. A sound machine or the TV should be enough to mask it, though.Definitely will stay next time I am back in downtwon Dallas!

Great location. The actual unit is very nice. The place is good for a long-term stay, and the host very is nice. I would suggest being clear about your housing needs (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, maintenance, number of towels needed, etc.) upfront. The house is not set up in those ways. But the kitchen is well stocked! Plenty of space.

Heart of the City

Kozi Retreat was high rise heaven, right in the heart of Dallas convenient to so much. The only service need we had our first night was answered promptly. My friend and I appreciated generous floorspace that gave us room to roam. Also the modern kitchen, roomy master bath, soundproofed walls, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Good central location + clean property

Property was clean and they had great amenities. We even used the washer/dryer. Location is great with restaurants/bars in walking distance. The view from the living room is not the eye but it’s still a great view of the city. Parking spot was a plus. The only negative is that there wasn’t enough coffee ground for a pot. Communication with host was great. They were quick to respond and were willing to let us check in earlier.

Nice stay, tricky check in

Prior to arrival at the VRBO, the pictures of the listing was changed. This threw us off a bit. When we inquired about it, the host said there had been a water leak in the previous room. We asked if we were entitled to any kind of discount due to the move. The host did not respond for quite a while, but finally said no. The check in process was also a little tricky, given that we had to go inside to get the parking fob and key, but there was no good place to leave the car on the street. We ended up having one of us stay with the loitering car, while the other ran upstairs. That worked well. Aside from these initial inconveniences, the place was super nice. Comfy bed, great view and amenities. Additionally, the host was on call when we had a question. I feel confident he would have been happy to help us with anything we might have needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy bed and nice skyline view in Dallas. Just be aware that the initial check in and parking may be complicated.
