Neighborhood Description:

Nothing is better than a peaceful, safe neighborhood in the suburbs with lots of shopping, restaurants, and more less than 10 minutes away! Everything you need is in this area with a local shopping center, Target & Walmart, the DFW airport right around the corner, and many other restaurants, fast-food places, etc. This home is also right next to a main highway, hwy 360, which takes you everywhere you need to go! *** PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Important highlight: No pets allowed. Owners and other guests have severe allergies, we hope you understand. Unauthorized pets will result in $300 fine and removal from property with no refund. NO drinks or food on foosball table, ping pong table, or arcade.

PLEASE NOTE:

SECURITY: There is a live and recording ring front door camera as well as a ring camera facing only the driveway for security and safety reasons for both the property owner and guests. Tampering with camera and wifi will result in immediate removal from property with no refund.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM → Early check-in is possible if pre-arranged and depending on circumstances. Please do not check-in earlier without approval- your door code is not active until 4:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you.

Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans.

Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged.

SMARTtvs have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. as listed in amenities, however, they require personal credentials; credentials are not provided.

Propane gas tank provided for fire pit will only last 2-4 hours. One must replenish the gas tank themselves after the one provided is used up.

Dining table can seat up to 8 people as it can extend open. There are 6 chairs already available, the remaining chairs must be grabbed from game room (bar stools) or kitchen (kitchen stools).

Bedding as seen in photos is subject to change!
