Beautiful and cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. It has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, including 1 King bed, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 2 twin beds. Plus, an additional area that is converted into a 5th Bedroom with a queen-sized murphy-bed. Fits up to 10 people. All 4 Bedrooms have a smart TVs for personal down time, a desk and darkening curtains. Utilities included.

Newly renovated kitchen, next to a formal dining room for extra seating. Enjoy a cover area in the backyard with comfortable coaches, a television, sound system and fire pit, next to the private outdoor pool which is maintain year-round on a weekly basis. White towels are for inside use only. A replacement fee of $10 dollars will apply for any towels with stains. Make-up towels and pool towels provided

If house is not left according to check-out instructions, additional cleaning fee of $200 will be added.
