"Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln, the hotell staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had the most suggested toilet tree's needed. I have one back experience with Erica with valet parking there separately contracted from the hotel however the hotel valet parking service. Erica the manager for "Towne Park" valet service was very rude and unprofessional when an incident was being looked into regarding my rental vehicle and potential damages that could have occurred during the time the SUV was in the hands of the valet service. Erica laughed in mine and my husband's face she was very rude and sarcastic and just overall unpleasant and unprofessional. Outside of the interaction with Towne Park's valet Manager Erica the rest of our stay was execellent! "
