「Excellent place. Worth the extra money.」

「We had reserved two rooms for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night as we indicated we would be. Upon arriving, we were immediately shocked by the state of the lobby. Dark, not inviting, clearly old and rundown. We checked in and were even more shocked when we entered our rooms. Stains on all of the comforters, mold in the bathroom, growing on the shower curtains, and on the tile tiles. Dead bug in the ceiling light. Stains on the floors, air conditioner was spewing,...

「Excellent stay for a couple of days, was there for a basketball tournament at IWU. Clean rooms, Excellent customer service, and everywhere we needed to go was less than 15 minutes away」

「Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2」
