Clean room. Modern building.

We had a fabulous stay at Treehouse Hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the decor was unique and our room was amazing. We stayed in a family room (a suite) with the sofa turned into a bed for our daughter, don't think of this as an old style sofa bed, this was as comfy as our bed, which was very comfy. The room was very spacious, with a full window wall looking out over Manchester. We arrived 3 hours early, so we knew our room wouldn't be available, but the staff check us in, and stored our bags for us in a large area behind reception. The location was great with all the shops and restaurants in the doorstep. The only downside was we were only there for 1 night, we'll definitely stay here again. I can't fault anything with this stay. One tip, if you're using the carpark next to the hotel, (nothing to do with the hotel) use the address 1 Deansgate, otherwise you'll spend ages fighting with Google maps trying to find it (45 minutes for us!)

I had a wonderful time here! Best service I have had in a long time. I had the single room and it was clean and comfortable; rest can be said to all the other facilities. Also had a better breakfast spread that i have seen in most hotels that I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very convenient central location. Comfy bed. No frills but very quiet given the location.
