「This hotel is relatively new but there was already signs of wear like a stain on the hallway carpet and dark age spots on the bathroom mirror. It is definitely a luxury feeling hotel and the staff gave excellent service. The jacuzzi would have felt more jacuzzi like if the water was warm but it was still nice. Beautiful view!」

Staff are 1st class.

「Wonderful property. Very spacious and modern design. We did had trouble getting into the villa, nobody told us how to check in. Found the door key in a box outside the villa. Had a minor issue with pests such as ants indoor and outdoor. Overall our stay were very comfortable. Will stay here again in the future.」
「A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility. Two towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights, this is cheap. The flush in the toilet was broken, we had to use the plastic device in the shower...
