"NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly. Additionally, you couldn't flush toilet paper. This isn't a huge issue as we've been to Greece, but this was not communicated...

"We had an overall lovely stay. The location is close to Lucerne, but car/bus not walking distance. Very spacious house, with 5.5 bedrooms (the 0.5 is one room with a bunk bed is attached to another one of the rooms) that could easily sleep 11 people - so it was very comfortable for our group of 6.
