Nice size for a family. Whole lower level which stays cool. Comfortable furniture and everything you need to cook and clean after yourself. Within 5 min from about every ammentities you need like foods, groceries, fastfood, gas really anything. Nice big bathroom and very comfortable beds. Great it has washer and dryer since we stayed for 9 days while waiting on the closing of our house. Sara and Jose are very nice. They have a good size backyard and nice firepit and outdoor louging area. A large grill is out doors. We would definitely stay again or invite family if out of town. Right by a park and pool.

Affordable and the owner accommodated my same day rental which was a great help. There is a large fenced backyard which was convenient for taking my small dog out. We didn’t use the second bed but the king (main bed) was extremely comfortable. There is some noise transfer since this is a basement apartment in someone’s home but we weren’t necessarily bothered by it. We used the grill and made some great steaks our first night there. We also really appreciated the supply of k-cups provided. Suggestions, add a couple extra dish towels, lighter for the grill or candle, soft throw for the sofa, large bowl for salad, functional can opener, cake pan, aluminum foil and Saran Wrap. The absence of these items did not diminish our experience but they would be great additions!!

Jose's basement apartment was perfect as I traveled for a family renion. Quiet neighborhood, private access and entry. Thank you Jose for your hospitality.
