We booked a room with a view of the river and the cityscape. What an amazing view looking out of our window at the river, the city, the mountain, and the ocean. The bellboy, Security, and concierge at the front door were extremely helpful and polite. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff and the food service staff for being attentive, polite, and professional. We disliked the dark hallway, with only a small light shining on the Room number.

An absolutely amazing 2 night stay @ this hotel. The views from the room and rooftop were spectacular! The host , bartenders and staff were the best & the breakfast was everything you could wish for. I stayed 7 days on the beach so the river scene was a great mix in the trip. Yet still $2 grab ride to the beach.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. My first time back in Vietnam and 51 years to visit my family. The whole staff was very accommodating with my limited knowledge of the Vietnamese language. Every time I stepped out of my room there was somebody there to assist me. From the front desk to the people who are working the dining room. Also, they had porters outside, helping us with our cab drivers. They even recommended places for me to eat and to go visit. I will be back in March and staying at the same hotel again. I cannot tell you how amazing the hotel and everybody was there if I could give it more than five stars I would.

There is an amazing skybar on the rooftop with great views of the river and surrounding skyscrapers. Checking in and out was efficient. The bed was large and comfortable, as well as a large walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a mixture of typical Asian and American selections.

Very nice greeting from Lanang on check in. Compact room, not given river view as usual. Room fine, very comfortable bed with YouTube available on TV. Breakfast fine but VERY crowded even at 630am This hotel is trendy, 30 mins walk from the beach, and for Da Nang pretty expensive at $50 a night. Staff are overworked and underpaid. I enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent stay at Wink Riverside Hotel in Da Nang. The location is fantastic—right by the river with beautiful views, especially at night when the city lights reflect off the water. It’s also close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and key attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the smart use of space in the rooms—they’re compact but comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the shower had great pressure, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but professional. I also loved the social vibe of the hotel—there are great common areas where you can relax, work, or meet other travelers. It feels perfect for both solo travelers and couples. Overall, Wink Riverside Hotel offers great value for money with its stylish design, prime location, and excellent service. Great! Only complaint is that the lifts were so busy and also there were never pool towels in the morning. But other than that, hotel in great location.

Great service team

Would liked to have had tea and coffee facilities in room. WiFi password not supplied and no compendium in room. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Can’t fault the property. For a hotel nearly 1 year old it has it all. The room was perfect for me as I’m a solo traveller, queen bed, work station desk in my room and modern bathroom facilities. Check in was a breeze and with a roof top bar and pool with amazing views. Met the general manager who is also from Australia and you can definitely tell he cares for his staff as they care for their guest. Would stay here again

The price to value ratio is pretty good. I booked the Queen Lite with a City view. The room was on the smallish side but the layout was good. It worked for me but if you got a lot of luggage or plan to spend time in the room, you might want to choose a different room. The amenities and breakfast was great but would have preferred more western variety for breakfast. Only thing I would have changed would be to book a river view as it would be quieter.
