HORRIBLE L’un des pires endroits que j’ai jamais été! Mal propre, vieux, mal entretenu, humide, staff très peu friendly…rien mais absolument rien de positif! Ne louez surtout pas une chambre familiale si vous êtes plusieurs! Nous étions 4 et avons réservé une chambre familiale…sur les photos il y avait 2 lits doubles mais en réalité il s’agissait de 2 lits simples! La chambre est beaucoup mieux sur les photos mais ce n’est pas ce que c’est en réalité comme vous allez le constater sur les photos! La salle de bain est minuscule et la chambre était mal propre! L’emplacement n’est pas super non plus et situé dans un fond de ruelle! Le lendemain, nous avons réservé un van pour le transport à la gare de Da Nang! Malgré que l’on a payé pour le prix d’un van, le staff de l’hôtel nous a amené à la gare avec un petit véhicule en mauvais été! Nous avons été arnaqué mais nous n’avions plus aucun choix! Il y a tellement d’autres choix d’hébergement à Hoi An, investissez quelques sous de plus pour de la meilleur qualité, meilleur conseille que je peux vous donner!

Fint hotel til prisen

Vi havde booket et deluxe familieværelse, men det havde de slet ikke. I stedet fik vi to værelser lige ved siden af hinanden, hvilket fungerede fint. Hotellet er slidt og der er ingen room service. Vi havde 4 overnatninger, og fik hverken redt senge, tømt skrald eller skiftet håndklæder. Hotellet er dog alligevel anbefalelsesværdigt. Det ligger rigtig fint i gåafstand til det meste og poolen er fin. Hotelpersonalet er derudover super behjælpelige med hjælp til ture og taxi etc.

Breakfast was average, the air con in our room leaked (thankfully onto the spare bed) and soaked it. I got sick from this. Hot water wasn’t working, maybe for all of 5 minutes over the two days and nights. Very disappointing as we just wanted me to have a hot steamy shower to try and help the bug I caught. We wanted to rent a scooter off them, the guy wasn’t there when we needed to do it so we out sourced a rental as we required it for 5:30am the next morning. Then we weren’t able to park the scooter at the hotel, wasn’t a massive issue, we put it out the front but then someone moved it… weird. We were however able to check in a bit early. Which we were grateful for. We felt like we were being sold/offered a lot of services, totally understandable to offer their’s and their families services. But when we didn’t use them we felt we got eyeballed and talked about.

Bra boende, läge och trevlig ägare

Supertrevliga ägare och personal med mycket servicekänsla. Bokade smidigt utflykt via hotellet till rimligt pris. Fick god hjälp att boka transport Bra läge lite utanför city, men nära promenadavstånd. Fina rum. Ingen städning. Rent. God frukost med några olika alternativ. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen. Negativt: bara en solstol vid poolen men finns inte heller plats för fler.

Good stay!

Great pool, good size rooms, lovely family that run the villa played some games in the pool with the kids. Cheap pedal bike rental would recommend.

A lovely family run the hotel. They were helpful and caring. The room was spacious with a nice pool to cool off in. I would definitely visit again and am happy to recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay, good value

We had a nice stay. The hotel has its positives (pool, good breakfast, attentive staff, low rate) and negatives (open stairwell from dining area, small rooms, no power generator). Overall we had a nice time and felt that the value for money was there.

Horrible place. Do not stat here if u are asian.

Horrible.place. staff argued with my wife when she complained the bed was messy and smelly and requested to have the sheets changed. All the caucasians got fruits served at breakfast without asking. And when we asked .. she gave a very horrible look like we were asking more than we should. Very very horrible place.. i will not stay here ever again. I have never felt more uncomfortable and felt discriminated by another fellow asian.

Familjen som jobbar där är väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående, hann exempelvis inte förbi postkontoret i tid och dem erbjöd sig att lämna vykorten åt mig. Rent, fräscht och enkel men god frukost!

Lovely place, quiet, close to everything

I had a great time here! The hotel is very new and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The area is down a quiet street, so it's not too noisy at night (just roosters), and you can walk to the Ancient Town in just 5 minutes. Moon helped me with everything I needed - taxis, laundry, tour bookings - she was so helpful and always looking out for me. Highly recommended!

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay in Silver Moon. It is a little hard to find as it is down laneways. The rooms are spotless. The accommodation price is low and you are within walking distance of Hoi An however it is a little remote when getting back in the dark.
