The receptionist (His name is Bao) is unfriendly and rude. When I asked him whether I could check out before 12:30 pm, instead of 12:00 pm. He rolled his eyes and said you must check out before 12:00 pm. The key didn’t work right after our conversation, but the time was 11:37 am. This was really horrible. For hotel itself, it is not clean and is old. They even forgot to put toilet papers in the room even though I already tipped the cleaners. The towels and toilet papers are dirty and the toilet papers were wet when I checked in. Don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to have this horrible experience like me. They treated you badly.

청소도 잘 안 되어있고 비품들이 낙후되어 있슴. 삼박사일 숙박했는데 침대 시트를 한번도 안 갈아줌.무엇보다 개미가 많아서 너무 싫었슴.

Unfriendly staff, dirty, not enough facilities

They only provided 1 key, we asked for 2nd key and the staff gave attitude. They didn't have maps either for tourist. Towels and bed looked dirty. The floor corner was also dirty. On 2nd day, We asked for hair conditioner and they didn't have it.

マーケットに近く便利

ちょっとリネンの薄汚さは有るけど、部屋自体はよく清掃されていて綺麗。マーケットにも近く便利だが、宿泊したときは、それほど外の煩さは気にならなかった。エレベーターも2機あり、待たされることもない。

Valuable and great location

Able to check in early, easy to find. The location is central, near to the lake and market. Room is clean and provide in house parking. The hotel provide 2 free computers in lobby for guest use.

Best hospitality in Dalat

I had a very unfortunate bout of bad luck while in Dalat, including an unplanned 2am arrival and a trip to the hospital. The hotel staff were the absolute best and most helpful I have ever encountered in all of Vietnam. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, purely for their fantastic customer service. Location and room was great. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and genuinely cared and were happy to help book busses to other cities, and Easy Rider tours which were also great. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Dalat.

Good hotel. Da Lat - don't bother.

Pleasant enough hotel in the hill town of Da Lat. Centrally situated, OK for restaurants & walks up to local tourist sights, half of which are closed for one reason or other. Good wifi, rooms are very pleasant, neat, tidy & comfortable. No window. TV - quite good. A few western channels. Reception - pleasant, amiable, functional. They don't do breakfast. Da Lat it self - waste of time. Don't bother coming here. Nothing to see, less to do. If you do the mistake of coming here, don't waste more than a day. Move on.

Rooms with no aircon but near market

The rooms have no aircon. Take note for those who need aircon. The hotel website had mentioned rooms are aircon but it's untrue. Fans are provided on request. I booked the suite with lake view. Stayed on level 5. The lake view isn't really an impressive lake view as the lake us about 1 to 2 km away and it's a partial view. The location of the hotel is very near the night market. For those arriving by air and planning to take taxi to your hotel, I strongly advise buying the prepaid taxi voucher at vnd 180 000 which is much cheaper than by meter.
