The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

"Would not recommend staying here at all. We were literally the only guests staying at this hotel and I’m assuming to save costs, the lights were always shut and nothing was available. Lovely homestay
"We enjoyed our stay with Mr. Co and family. They are so kind and we really loved our morning boat birding trip. The location is good, just a short walk to the park entrance, and the location is quiet and surrounded by fruit trees. Nice budget accommodation for a trip to Cat Tien."
