「Seljalandsfoss Horizons is a stunning place - it might have been the most beautiful I‘ve ever been. Waking up with a wonderful view to one of the many waterfalls in Iceland, having nearly no light pollution to see the aurora and having the most comfortable bed. 「Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....

「I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Hosts were kind and welcoming, room was cozy and kitchenette was well equipped. They offered us welcome treats and board games were also available. I can definitely recommend to stay this place for several nights. Only thing you should be aware of is, that there’s no restaurants or shops nearby. You must bring your own food.」
