"No fridge or microwave. Have to go to lobby to use microwave. You can hear people outside pulling luggage and every time the close a door in next room or the door coming in and out. The doors are heavy and hard to close. The doors make alot of noise. Nice worker has a bob and a little older. I didn’t get her name. There is a Wendy’s next door and Dennys next door as well. That was a plus. "

"There is no airport shuttle. I messaged them to ask before my stay and no one responded to me. The tub in my room had water in it that didn’t seem to go down, so I never took a shower. The bathroom had hair on the floor and toilet seat the first night I got there. The staff at the front desk sped through everything I had to go back and re ask questions. They charge a deposit which is the same as the full price of the stay, they only made me aware of this when I got there. The elevator is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. All in all it’s close enough to the airport and other places. Generally clean room otherwise. No weird smells. "

"I travel frequently for business, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a clear lack of concern for guests. Their “I don’t care” attitude set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself had a very unpleasant and unusual odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. The room was equally disappointing. It was bare—no artwork or basic décor—and the sheets appeared dingy and unclean. Several functional issues made the stay even more frustrating: the internet connection was unreliable, multiple lights and electrical outlets did not work, and there were no USB ports available, which is a basic expectation today. In addition, I had to have my room key reprogrammed repeatedly every time I left the room. Housekeeping staff frequently gathered in the hallways speaking loudly, which disrupted any sense of rest or privacy. To make matters worse, I checked out on Tuesday evening, yet my stay was recorded incorrectly as ending on Wednesday. I have made several attempts to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of my bill, but no one answers the phone or follows up. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Honestly one of the worst hotels ive been to, we had to change our rooms 3 times!! These rooms have mold and mildew in the bathrooms and in the air conditioner, we got sick. The cleaning needs to be better following up with communication with staff, they are so rude on the walk in, smile more and greet your guests please. the breakfast was horrible, the time wasnt up yet and they were taking away the breakfast items, made me no longer want to eat there. The fridges were always left dirty, sheets and pillows stink, has hair on them as if it wasnt cleaned. I tried to get a refund for the rest of my stay but apparently the manger wasnt going to be there for 7 more days. what type of hotel motel business is this? The most unprofessional and nasty stay ever dont book, go somewhere else. youll have a better chance of getting a clean room at an airbnb. The only nice thing about here was the pool. The rates to stay here should not be this expensive while its kept like this. 0/5 stars honestly!! Not sure why expedia wont post my honest review ? "
