"We unfortunately stayed here twice. Before and after a cruise. I booked this hotel only because the booking agent said they provide free airport and cruise transfers as well as allow us to leave our car while on our cruise for a fee. Turns out the airport transfers only go until 8pm. Our flight was later, so we were unable to take advantage. Our room 344 was a very dirty. There was hair and stabs on the towels. The bathroom was gross. The pillows were about 1/2” thick and lumpy. They would not provide us with more. The cruise transfers turned out to be $20/person, not free. After the cruise room 320 was cleaner, but still horrible pillows. This room did not have a coffee maker and was by a hall door that slammed all night long. I will nerver stay at a Quality Inn again and would never recommend that anyone else does either. The only plus was that we were able to leave our car there while on the cruise for $6/day. "

"Very average. Property is impressive but rooms are not. Checked in late in the evening. As I was getting ready for bed I checked my patio door only to find that it was open and unable to lock. This was a ground floor room making it unsafe to stay. Had to change room."
