I think the lady’s name was Ursula , she was the best. I have been to so many hotels and she went out of her way to talk to me and make sure I was ok. By the time I left I felt like I was saying bye to a cousin or old friend . I recently lost my wife and have been struggling to find joy. she really made me feel great every day. Thank you

The rooms were very clean and the staff were nice. We had breakfast included and some drink tickets that were part of the room package. The way they accounted for these was an overly complicated system. Best restaurant was Revolucion
