The room was very clean, and had a clear and direct view of Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Park. I like the buggy ride provided between the hotel and Suria KLCC, it saved me a lot of time. Checking out was very smooth, and the doorman kept a lookout for my e-hailing car. The stay made my New Year very special."
