The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean Very close from the plaza, lot of restaurants around.
I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco
Hotel is in a historic building. Great great great location. Close to everything. The front desk lady and the lady who cooks our breakfast are both very nice. We can hear some sound from outside but it doesn’t affect our sleep. Overall we are glad we booked this hotel.
Nice staff, great location, beds were just ok, shower hot one night not the other, very loud street noise outside by 6am. Not their fault but very loud. Walkable to everything. Eggs cooked to order for breakfast.
Very comfortable stay, nice clean room, no issues and centrally located (right around the corner from the plaza).
Very sweet lady at the reception.
Happy with my stay overall

It seems to me this is a family owned. The grandma and teens are friendly and want to help.
This hotel was clean, centrally located within walking distance to the historic district/restaurants/shopping & tourist sites. The staff was wonderful and price reasonable for what you get. Rooms were clean but basic. Rooms on the street were VERY noisy and water did run out one day during out stay, but the staff had water back within 2 hours. Breakfast was great.
The staff are really nice and courteous. Conveniently located near Plaza de Armas. Close to a lot of restaurants and groceries. It can get a little noisy because it is by the road. The toilet is a little problematic but overall, I’d definitely stay again if I’m in Cusco.
The value and location were excellent. Bring ear plugs because the streets are loud and you are right above it. Lots of horns and stuff. But you can walk to everything in central Cusco easily. We liked the fridge in the room and the breakfast was really nice also the one morning we got it. The service of the front desk staff was good and they were friendly.
Very close to the main square. Keep in mind the hotel is in a second floor, if you have heavy luggage.
The attention and staff was very accomodaiting with all our requests. Just ask politely!!!! I witnessed some entittled tourist demandinding and got refused.... couple of minutes later I asked for similar accommodation with completely different actitud in a respectful and polite manner and the ladies were very happy to help us. Very good experience, highly recommended.
The hotel is located close to the main square. You can find everything nearby, money exchange, convenience store (Gato's is just opposite the hotel), good restaurants.
The room was cold for us even though it's summer time. We asked for a portable heater which only helped a little bit.
We stayed Santa Catalina before we went to Machu Picchu and left our luggage, then we came back to stay for a few more days. It's a convenience.
Hotel provided breakfast, make to order omelet or fried eggs, hams, cheese. You would need to do a little bit of Spanish to order.
Great location, relatively quiet, lots of food options. The hotel is really beautiful and the breakfast is good. Staff were friendly and always available to help. The only thing is we didn't have hot water in our room, so we needed to shower in the bathroom next to the check-in desk. We were appreciative of that option.
