Cosy setting around a courtyard with views above the main square of Cusco and an easy walk down the hill. Lovely charming touches everywhere throughout the place including in our rooms. Friendly staff & large clean rooms & comfy beds. We had a great stay!

I stayed here for the 5 nights I was in Cusco. The location was super convenient which had me coming back. My first four nights i had a room overlooking the city and let me tell you, it is loud at night. I came to realize this hostel is located on a street with parties every night lol. Overall though, I did enjoy this property and felt pretty comfortable.

Very nice place!! The owners were very friendly the whole time, very helpful. We were like a big family. I really enjoyed the happy hour. I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the nice fireplace. Since we had a short stay. We will definitely be back. The location is great less than 4 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas and short walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Nice staff, loud and condition isn’t great

Location is just few blocks from plaza de armas. Has a beautiful view out the terrace. Soundproof wasn’t great, can hear people talk next door and music from outside. Very nice staff. Condition not great but bed is comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff

Great location and price. Breakfast was included but they didn’t have eggs so I didn’t eat there. I loved the view, people were loud sometimes and you could hear everything. Unfortunately if someone smoked a cigarette, the smell got trapped in the room. Otherwise amazing :)

The hostel has a good view of the town. It is closed to the historical center. The breakfast is free for family room. It has bread, coffee and yogurt, nothing more. Down the street there a couple of night bars. It noisy and crowded. Maybe it’s better for young travellers, but not good for families. The stuff are friendly and very helpful. It is a hostel after all.

The room was ok but had no sink per the description when booking. Note that there is no water in the evenings after around 10 pm until 4 am. Room was clean and bathrooms were less clean. Showers had hot water and the beds had warm blankets which is needed in winter time. The hotel is located very close to the bar street which is pretty loud in the evenings.

Terrible las camas se hundían, olía muy feo, no había buena limpieza, no hay calefacción, no es nada de lo que se muestra en las fotos, no había suficiente agua caliente, no cerraban bien las puertas al salir el personal lo cual el equipaje estaba expuesto.

Experiência horrivel!

Fiquei 6 dias, porque ja tinha pago no cartão e porque sairia bem cedo para os passeios e voltaria somente a noite. O quarto nao foi limpo nenhum dia, nada tinha toalhas disponíveis, fui até a recepção perguntar sobre, a pessoa consultou no sistema algo e depois foi me disponibilizar. O café da manha, somente a pedido e o oferece a mesma coisa todos os dias; no meu caso tomei café somente 2 dias, pois foram os únicos dias que tive tempo para tomar. O hotel oferece água quente para banho, porém a água quente tem tempo limitado. Um dia, precisei lavar o cabelo e em menos de 5 minutos a água ficou fria e eu nem tinha passado o creme no cabelo, ou seja, lavei o cabelo e tomei banho na água fria com um frio de 8°C que estava fazendo! Se quiser tomar banho depois das 01h da manhã esqueça, eles desligam a água do chuveiro e da torneira da pia, fica somente do vaso sanitário. Um dia precisei escovar os dentes às 04h da manhã pra ir a um passeio cedo, e não tinha água nem para isso, precisei usar o resto de água que tinha uma garrafa de água que eu tinha! A única coisa legal é a vista da cidade do hotel, do resto, péssimo, não me hospedaria novamente nesse lugar! Os funcionários são gentis e cortês.
