We really felt taken care of at El Balcon. The kitchen staff: Juanita, Marlene, and Nely made delicious food and their care felt like a warm hug. We loved the very homey kitchen and restaurant.

El estilo novo hispano de la propiedad y su conservación hace que el lugar sea hermoso, la calidad del personal del hotel y restaurante es excelente, la comodidad de la cama y lo espaciosa en la habitación es perfecta. Endroit charmant avec une très belle vue de notre suite. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et servi dans un beau petit coin de l’établissement. Nous avons été un peu saisi par le froid mais à chaque jour, le personnel venait allumer un feu dans le poêle à bois ce qui rendait l’endroit très confortable et encore plus charmant. Je recommande fortement pour une expérience rustique et authentique!

This charmingly rustic property is located a short walk from Plaza de Armas. After being uncomfortably cold for several nights in another Cusco location even with a heater turned on, we were pleasantly surprised our room was so warm that the included heater wasn't even needed. The shower has amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast included in the rate is far beyond expectations, as are amenities like thick robes and quality toilet paper. The English-speaking staff is so kind and helpful. Without hesitation we recommend El Balcon for those who enjoy staying in an authentic location that reflects the country's culture.
