⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Casona Dorada Hotel in Cusco! The staff provided outstanding service and made me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Acadian Dorada Hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. Thank you for a great experience!

Upon arrival I was told my reservation was for 2 guest. I showed the property manager the reservation at Hotels.com showed it was for 4 guest. Despite that the manager demanded I paid extra. I called Hotels.com. They were helpless. The hotel suggested I cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. I was unable to cancel it. So, finally the hotel offers we stay if we paid extra. I was forced to agree or to lose the money I already paid and look for another hotel with 2 children. Next day the hotel wanted us to pay even more. I refused and paid previously agreed amount. I don’t know if the issue was hotels.com or the hotel’s, regardless, a customer should not be forced to pay extra or look for another property when the reservation clearly showed the reservation was for 4 guest. Hotels.com service was also very poor.
