Convenient location next to shopping mall and across the street from an authentic Italian restaurant. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the dry sauna. Had gym and wet sauna also.

Hôtel in great location for shopping. Room ok but air-conditioning not working properly. Some refurbishlent work in the hôtel, noisy and dusty. Desk team : Average attitude Breakfast staff: Great Car park : Slow service and once even rude. Paid in full on arrival then had to pay fee on leaving, why? I dont know. Could be the perfect place to stay but need some efforts.

Hotel muito bem localizado (ao lado do Shopping Batel - o shoppings de luxo de Curitiba), com muitos restaruantes na região (otimo restaurante italiano em frente ao Hotel), ruas limpas e tudo organizado na região. Otima padaria e confeiraria a 100 metro do Hotel. Enfim, uma das melhores localizações que me hospedei. Staff eficiente e atencioso. Café da manhã bom. Quarto grande e cama confortavel. O Hotel encontra-se em fase de reforma, e fiquei num quarto já reformado. Recomendo muito esse Hotel.

Tive [problema no banheiro do meu quarto com ralo do banheiro entupido vazou agua pelo quarto e foi um stress . transtorno total. So no outro dia trocamos de quarto por precisava esperar desocupar habitação. Foi experiencia péssima minha primeira diária.

A atendente, quando questionada sobre a possibilidade de optar por um quarto no andar superior, como em outras ocasiões, foi ríspida ao informar que não poderia, pois implicaria um upgrade. Outro atendente interviu — desta vez, com gentileza —, proporcionando o quarto conforme solicitado. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, seja da limpeza diária, seja pela limpeza dos resíduos da reforma. Destaque positivo para a equipe do estacionamento terceirizado: todos gentis, prestativos e atenciosos.
