The hotel was comfortable and clean a few tweaks would help like no toilet brush in the bathroom and there was only one hand towel. The hotel looked a bit tired in place but in all fairness it was having a refurbishment. All in all our stay was very comfortable although i think the rooms would benefit from air con in these increasingly hot conditions. The location was good in the centre of the high st.

Great location for is, we stayed last year, some of the Pennine equipment is old, both our TV and iron were broken when we arrived, but the staff were very prompt in exchanging both items

Clean and tidy. Air con in rooms needs work. Weirdly I had to have a single bed, as the rooms were all taken despite checking in at 5pm Is want a problem as in was travelling alone, but made me wonder what the case worked have been if I’d travelled with my partner.
