"Great staff - nice room - noisy neighbours"

"Staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable. Towels were skimpy. Free coffee, nothing else. The air conditioning was awful, noisy, had to run it nonstop. The bathroom was gross, old fixtures that worked hard and the finish on the toilet seat was worn off. The place wasn’t totally disgusting but I would not stay there again."

"Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Southwestern motif. No negative issues."

"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."

"We really enjoyed everything at the hotel The step in the front desk were very helpful and we really appreciate that the staff that cleans the bedrooms are so awesome and polite. The only thing we did not appreciate was the waitress at the restaurant in the morning. He was very disrespectful but besides that everything else was awesome thank you so much for all you do."
