Tropical home is surrounded by water and wildlife. It is a great place for bird watching, fish jumping, manatees, dolphins and much more. The house is a new construction with a unique design that blend with nature. Large windows and two balconies will surely please our guests. A beautiful white sand beach is at a few minutes driving distance from the house.

Perfect place for a group of friends
The property was perfect. We had 7 adults that came to swim with the manatees. The location was not far from everything we did. The loft area had a pull out sofa, which slept great. I've already sent the link for this property to someone else that wants to do the same thing. We will definitely come back here. It was great.

Amazing holiday home
We had a perfect time and would have liked to stay longer than a few days. The house is very modern, clean and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the four in-house kayaks which are free to use.

The perfect house for the perfect getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed for our family and more. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs loft with all the games. The kayaks were a lot of fun for our older kids. The only mistake we made was not staying for longer. We will definitely be back again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this home and the experience that we had. It is beautiful, a perfect/peaceful location and very thoughtfully furnished with basic supplies. Book it. You will not regret it.

Crystal River perfection
This property was exactly as described and shown on the website. Having stayed in several other properties in the past this one outshone them all and was above our expectations. We couldn’t recommend the property and location more highly with everything that you need provided for our wonderful 12 day stay. We were delighted to find starter packs of toiletries, tea and coffee, snacks and even laundry and kitchen detergent. The quality of beds, linens and furnishings were all of a very high standard. The local beach, fishing and kayaking(canoes & life jackets provided for guest use) all added to the excellent experience. We hope to return again on another occasion when we require a good relaxation. Home owner Patrice always responded quickly and was supportive throughout the booking and stay process. Many thanks.
