Bring the Family, Bring the Boat & even the dog! This Vacation Getaway is On the Deepest Canal in Crystal River. Our set up is to Accommodate The Fisherman, Scalloper, Scuba Diver Or Just to Relax On The Water to Watch The Sunset!
50’ Seawall- 30' fixed dock (BOAT LIFT LOWERS INTO THE WATER DURING YOUR STAY) and 12' floating dock perfect for your paddle boards and kayaks!
Less than a mile from Fort Island Trail Boat Ramp, Minutes From Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Multiple Restaurants & Watering Holes On The Water By Boat Or By Vehicle.
Take a left out of our Canal - Minutes To The Gulf Of Mexico For Grouper, Snapper Fishing And Scalloping. (Please Check FWC Regulations For Seasons)
Turn right out of our canal to head to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs for some fresh water fun, See the Manatees, or go to restaurants.
Home Includes an Outside Grill, Washer & Dryer. FREE WI-FI. Fully Furnished, Just Bring Your Necessities & let the Adventure Begin!
Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles & one boat trailer across the street (from driveway).
Master has a King Bed.
2nd Bedroom has a Queen and a Full size bed.
Living Room has a Day Bed with a trundle bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked: Range, Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig and Reg Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster and Toaster oven. Plenty of Linens and bath towels.
Outside: Dock with shore power, fish cleaning table. Floating dock for kayaks or getting on & off your boat, Grill, chairs and picnic table. Bug zapper for evening entertainment, place your bets folks! Back yard is fenced in. No fence along dock.

Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2024. We will definitely be returning! The house was immaculatley clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great. It is located just minutes away from some great restaurants and its a quick boat ride to get offshore. The owners were always super easy to get in touch with should we need anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we will be booking again!

Great staycation
It was just what we needed. Wife called me when she got there, since I was getting the boat in the water and going there via river. And she was so blown away and happy about it. We had a great time and love our stay. Would stay again

The house is decorated so nicely. We had a great time. Kitchen was very easy to cook in. All the rooms were big and roomy. Very comfortable and will definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled with this VRBO. Location was wonderful, place was adorable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent fishing right off the dock. Comfy beds, immaculately clean. Will definitely stay again!

Fishing Trip
My husband and I took my son and a buddy fishing between summer and fall semester. The fishing was so-so, but we made some good memories. The location and home were perfect. They could easily get out on the river, but it was easy enough to run to town for whatever I forgot. Due to the time of our stay, the location was super quiet which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay there again.
