We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Communication with the host was great, especially considering we stayed during the holiday break. We would definitely stay at the Oar House again. "

"This place is as lovely as every picture looks! It was clean, had big-old home charm and an amazing view even in the winter. The kitchen was absolutely fabulous for our family of eight with a large island to set up food and a great oven. Huge fireplace that works, pool table in an entertainment room that everyone loved and used. Bedrooms and their adjoining bathrooms were all clean set up perfectly. Honestly I could not ask for a better place to cozy up in for our ski holiday!"

"We have a 96 year old home, so it was fun comparing your home's layout and history to ours. We loved that it was pet friendly and had a fenced yard. Since it is fall, we can't say enough about the gorgeous maple tree in the front yard and the easy walks to town to get coffee or a pizza. THANK YOU for sharing your lovely, well appointed home!!"
