"Upon entering the driveway this looks like a great place to stay. Most of the trees and bushes need a trim so you need to park further out of the spaces then you should so as to not scratched your vehicle. You enter the lobby and its a nice comfy lounge area. The issue starts when you go up to the counter. It seems like there is never anyone there to help and no way to ring for someone othere than shouting out for help. Then finally someone comes around from the back with little to no enthusiasm as if its a burden to help us. Once you finally get checked in and go to your room, there is a lot of things that need attention to. Its possible that not all rooms are the same. The room we were given had random white marks on the carpet. The knob that controls the HVAC system was falling apart and rusted. The heating and cooling unit needed a good cleaning. In the restroom the shampoo and conditioner bottles that they glued to the wall had fallen off and torn off the paint. It seemed like they hadn't done a proper cleaning/check. My room did not have an iron so i went downs stairs to ask for one around 7:00am but as you can imagine there was no one there. I had to go and look for someone available and ask if they could provide me one. They offered to bring it up to my room. Two hours later no iron still i had to go back down and ask once again. Finally the brought it up. I also requested room service and they neglected to do so. Will definitely not be returning."
