"Clean, friendly staff, lots of shops and restaurants nearby"

"I arrived at 4:30 and was informed my room was not ready (check in at 3 pm). Stated it was due to short staffing. When I asked how long it would be, staff was unable to answer. I sat an hr waiting, and at 5:30 asked if I could get a refund if I went elsewhere. At 5:39, I was given a key to my room. This was very frustrating as I had specifically chosen this place as easy access off interstate, and wanted to do nothing but shower and put my feet up after an extremely long day of driving. Front desk staff were polite but there was no offer of any compensation for waiting 2 hrs and 40 min past check in time. Would not return. Very disappointed as I have had good experiences in the past at Holiday Inns. "

"slowest check-in ever! Desk employee seemed like it was her first day. NO LUGGAGE CART AVAILABLE- EVER! And , they didn't seem to care! When you're on the 3rd floor, traveling with a dog and wife, that matters A WHOLE LOT! Liked it 1st time, never again! "

"Typical two queen hotel rooms. Had terribly noisy people above us prompting a call to front desk at 1130 pm. Breakfast OK. No hard boiled eggs. Stopped on way out to tell front desk that I never found hair dryer (just didn't want them to think I stole it). Response? "Nobody told me." ?????"

"Very nice hotel, convenient location, friendly staff and accommodating. It would be nice if you updated your tv's so you could get Netflix or mirror your phone. Most hotels I stay at now offer those features and it does make your trip nicer when traveling for work."
