"Having an indoor heated pool was fabulous while traveling with our 3 kids and the pool area was a nice size with few small tables and lounge chairs. The room was a great size for our family (2 adults and 3 kids, 21, 17 & 14 yr old). We had a a full size fridge which was wonderful. I will say the AC unit was confusing with the room temp but it was ok in the end. As far as the front desk staff- there is a gentleman mid day to night shift that was excellent the night shift had a nice lady but we were not “thrilled” at all with one particular desk staff. Her attitude was ver negative, demeanor horrible, when I asked a simple question I received a rude “duh” type of response and when I inquired about housekeeping the response tone in return was definitely not welcoming at all! The breakfast that was included was pretty great for being included everyday. I would bring my family back and stay again if I needed to. "

"We were in total shock when we arrived at the Quality Inn. It received good reviews on Expedia and the pictures looked amazing. We get there and there’s no one in the lobby, at all! It was total darkness and the furniture was run down and looked more like a place a bunch of guys would meet to potentially play cards instead of a hotel lobby. It was a motel, not a hotel, and when we went into the room that we were expected to stayed in, there were no signs of bedsheets, bedspreads, housekeeping, or other employees, only security guards walking around, and lots of old takeout food laying on the furniture. I was horrified and very afraid of my surroundings. There was no way I was going to stay there with my 90 year-old father who I had brought to New Jersey from Oklahoma for a family reunion.We immediately got in the car and drove around for hours looking for a suitable hotel. "

"The room was dirty and I asked the front desk to bring the cleaning ladies to our room and they proceeded to tell me the “cleaning ladies aren’t here” and the only option is to switch rooms. Meanwhile literally right before I came to ask the front desk the cleaning ladies were two rooms down from us. I told the front desk that’s not true I just saw them. Then they retracted what they said and said oh yea they must have just started. I said ok…? So can you ask them? And they said no. The only option is to switch rooms. This is extremely frustrating. Plus as a mom with an infant with me it’s difficult to switch rooms and I explained this and they still told me that was the only option. Would not recommend this place just because of the staff and the room not being cleaned. "

"I had several problems with my room. The shower would not go on. I’m 77 years old and I had to wash my body and hair on my knees in the tub!!! Also, the house phone did not work and there was no safe in the closet as stated. I had to put my things in my daughter’s room safe! On a tight schedule with family events, there was no time to remedy these things. I want to request reimbursement for these problems. Tell me how to do this. Sheri Lockhart"
