The Space:

The first floor has a spacious, well designed kitchen with an expansive island and brand new appliances.  The large windows and open floor plan provides plenty of natural light and space for your entire group to all be together.  The dining area, with plenty of room for 8 with a built in banquette is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a large smart TV and gas fireplace for extra coziness and warmth. One of the couches in the living room is a full pullout, in case your group wants to spread out a little more. A king guest room (has tv), a full bath and laundry/mudroom area off of the two car garage, complete the first floor. There is a full size washer and dryer. There is an EV charger in the garage.

The second floor has full bath, with a soaking bath tub, and 2 guest rooms. One has a queen bed and tv, and the other has a set of twin bunk beds, and a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. The remodel included a new hot water system so hot water will not be an issue.

Finish your day with a nice soak in the private outdoor hot tub with Mt. Crested Butte in the background. Or watch the sunset from the front covered deck.

 A year round, on demand, van service is available to take you from the property to the ski resort for no charge! Once at the resort, you can hop on a free bus to the town of Crested Butte. In summer months, you are close to so many popular trails for hiking and biking.  You can ride right from the house!  



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees. 

NO trailers.

Renters 25 years and older are welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This property is not pet friendly. However, the owners travel w/their non hypo-allergenic, non shedding dog.
