The Space:

The fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of room to cook and gather, with 3 barstools at the counter and a separate coffee/bar area adjacent to the dining room. The dining table seats 6, with oversized living room windows framing unobstructed western views—the same views enjoyed from the private deck just outside.



The living area offers ample seating for games or socializing, warmed by a gas fireplace after a day on the slopes. This floor also includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub, and a full-size washer/dryer.



A spiral staircase from the mudroom leads up to a loft, where a full-size bed sits in a semi-private bedroom—open to the floor below on one side, fully walled with a door on the other three. The rest of the loft makes a great hangout space for kids or anyone looking to relax and watch TV, with a full bathroom also on this level.



Rounding out the home is a fully self-sufficient studio apartment (bedroom 3) with its own outside entrance and mudroom, or access via a door in the main living room. It includes a beautifully remodeled bathroom and a cute, fully functional studio kitchen—giving your group the flexibility to use the spaces however works best.



The property has two cameras. One is situated on the front of the property and looks onto the driveway. The other is situated on the south side of the house up high. This camera is covered and inactive when guests are present.



Parking: All vehicles must park in the driveway.  The garage is not for guest use, except for gear storage.  We can accommodate 2 vehicles outside the garage.  NO on street parking is allowed in the town of Mt. Crested Butte.



This house is in a quiet neighborhood on Paradise Road.  The free on demand van service will stop in front of the house for access to the ski area.  You can hop on a free bus at the ski area and ride down to the Town of Crested Butte.  The ski resort is approximately .6 of a mile if you chose to walk.  There is great cross country skiing and snowshoeing close by.  In the summer months, the location couldn't be better for access to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails. 



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

The Neighborhood:

Paradise Road is a tightknit community of local and 2nd homeowners. Its not uncommon to see people out and about on walks, working in their yard or conversing with their neighbors.

You will need a car for this area.
