The fully equipped kitchen is on your left, with bar seating and all the gadgets you might need to prepare a family meal! The open floor plan on this level includes a wet bar, a dining table with seating for 6, and an open living room featuring a gas fireplace. Kick back and relax while looking out onto the top deck with some of the best views of Mt. CB and the Meridian Lake neighborhood have to offer. The primary suite is on this level with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a stand-alone tub, shower, and double vanity. There is a common area half bath on this level as well.

Just off the living room is another large deck where you can relax and take in all the beauty Crested Butte has to offer. The Jr. Suite features a king bed and en suite full bath and a workspace. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 1 twin bunk with a pull-out trundle and an additional double bed. Please note the house sleeps no more than 10 guests. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a full bath. The laundry room can also be found on this level.



DISCLOSURES: No parties/events allowed - this is a quiet, peaceful subdivision of Crested Butte that will not tolerate excessive noise. Our top priority is protecting the peaceful nature of this neighborhood for the long-term locals who live there.



HOA Rules (We didn't make them, but we follow them to a Tee):



QUIET HOURS: 7pm-7am Sun-Thurs & 10pm-7am Fri & Sat



NO HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES: No fireworks, firearms, archery, or open fires using wood, coal, or paper.



PARKING: The HOA is VERY strict in this neighborhood so please adhere to all parking rules. No more than 2 vehicles may be parked in the driveway, with up to 2 vehicles in the garage. No trailers/campers/tents/recreational vehicles may be parked outside at any time. There is no street parking and no additional overnight parking in the surrounding area. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (follow posted signage diligently). Please plan accordingly!



EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA PRESENT: Please be aware we have an exterior security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway.



OTHER: No signs, no hanging clothes outside, all outdoor lights must be turned off by 10pm, interior lights must not remain on all night; and close blinds.



NO AIR CONDITIONING: No air conditioning but plenty of screened in windows and sliding doors which can be opened to feel the cool mountain breeze.
