Summary:
4 BR/4 BA Paradise Condo, Pet friendly, Hot tub, Ski in/out, 2 vehicles only.
The Space:
This fully appointed 4BR/4BA unit is ideal for a large family or group. The large, well stocked kitchen has brand new appliances, as well as ample counter space. Sit down with the family for dinner at the large dining room table, which seats up to 12 with the added leaf, and enjoy the views of Whetstone Mountain across the valley. This unit is located on the south end of the complex and has outstanding views and great natural light. All bathrooms will have been completely renovated. New flooring and furniture has been added to the downstairs living space.
The comfortable living room has a gas fire place, large TV with satellite channels and internet enabled apps. The deck off of the living room offers some wonderful views of the surrounding landscape and is an ideal spot to watch the sunset. The couch in the living room has a queen pull out. The first floor primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and ensuite full bath. Across the hall are two twin beds and a full bath which is off of the kitchen. There is a new, full sized stacked washer and dryer in this hall as well.
Upstairs you will find a loft with a full pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has a king bed, the other a queen bed. All of the towels and linens are brand new! Both rooms have full bathrooms. The entry way to the condo is in a shared hall. Two flights of indoor stairs are required to reach the condo. This condo is perfect for the skiing or downhill mountain biking family as it is adjacent to the ski resort. You can access ski in/ski out (snow dependent) from the north end of the parking area. There is bike storage in the basement of the building.
You can enjoy the community hot tub just outside the "C" building's door. The hot tub does have seasonal times that it is open. Normally, it is open the entire ski season. It closes after ski season ends until about the 3rd week of June and will remain open through the summer and into September. If you are coming in our fall shoulder season (Sept-Nov) you might ask if it will be open if its important to you. There is a gas grill in this area as well.
This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight. With that said, there are only 2 parking spaces available and one is the garage space. The garage can accommodate most vehicles but they cannot have a rooftop box. The garage height is 82 inches.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
This condo is on the bus route in the winter and the bus picks you up every hour at the base of the parking lot. You can ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot as well. This is snow dependent and would be considered an ungroomed "blue" run.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Renters less than 25 years of age are welcome with their parent or guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
4 or all wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
Guests must climb 2 sets of stairs to access this property. No elevator at this property.
This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

Parking
Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.
All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.
All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building. Garage height 82" & width 105"
Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.
Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges. The phone number of the towing contractor is 349-7333.
Guest Access:
Check in instructions will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.
Getting Around:
It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.
