"As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences. "

"Was awesome. A little out of way from train stations but if you get a bus its not bad. Dont take 40 min walk from train stations because there arnt sidewalks for most of it. Really good food breakfast was awesome and so was dinner"

"I was at this hotel for a week with my wife and son joining me for the last 3 nights over a weekend. The staff have been amazing, very helpful with recommendations, organising taxi's, directions and they have been great with my 1 year old son. There is no dinner service but the local restaurants are a short walk away. The breakfast is pretty good, a small cooked selection but plenty of cold options and nice coffee! I would recommend this hotel for either a business trip or family trip as they have suited me very well for both."

"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "

"La mia esperienza all'Hotel Giulio Cesare è stata decisamente positiva, soprattutto considerando le circostanze in cui ci sono capitata. Avevo prenotato un altro hotel vicino a Piazza Vittorio, ma purtroppo era chiuso senza alcun preavviso, nonostante Expedia avesse confermato la mia prenotazione e i dati del check-in il giorno prima della partenza. Fortunatamente, il servizio clienti di Expedia mi ha trovato questa sistemazione alternativa, e non avrei potuto essere più soddisfatta. La camera era pulita e molto comoda. Anche se non era particolarmente grande, il letto era ampio e confortevole, con cuscini in memory foam che garantivano un riposo ottimale. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione inclusa era un ulteriore vantaggio, con diverse opzioni per iniziare la giornata con energia. Il personale dell'hotel è stato davvero gentilissimo e si è prodigato in mille modi per rendere il mio soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Hanno fornito indicazioni utili sui mezzi pubblici e informazioni su come raggiungere l'aeroporto. Inoltre, sono stati così disponibili da prolungare il mio check-out fino all'una senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, il che è stato molto apprezzato. L'unica pecca riguarda la zona in cui si trova l'hotel. La sera, non ci si sente propriamente al sicuro, e, essendo sola, ho preferito evitare di uscire. L'hotel è ben servito dai mezzi con la fermata del tram proprio fuori la porta."
