Terrible experience and definitely not what I expected from an Ibis. We were initially given the wrong room and had to go back and sort it out ourselves, which was frustrating after travelling. The room itself was also very poorly equipped. There were no power sockets by the bed, and incredibly there seemed to be only one usable socket in the entire room, which made charging our phones and other devices extremely inconvenient. Worst of all, the toilet did not flush properly. It was so bad that my wife could not comfortably use the toilet at all, which is a very basic requirement for any hotel room. During the night there was also a very loud, continuous humming/banging noise, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Overall, the room was inconvenient, poorly maintained, and the experience was far below an acceptable standard. I would not stay here again.

La propiedad era muy acogedora y bien cuidada. La habitación tenia detalles como bata de baño, pantuflas y una botella de agua. La ubicacion del hotel muy buena. El staff muy amable.

The location was perfect-right next to the train station. The for options were great. The room was fine with an individual air conditioning unit for the hot days.
