「This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our parent's 65th Wedding Anniversary. 「The property was very clean and spacious and our host, Matt, was very responsive. We were from Virginia and Colorado for our mom/ grandmother’s celebration and he even offered his sympathy. We took walk in the cemetery that was close which had beautiful trees and landscaping. With children, it was nice to get some exercise and fresh air without getting in the car.The house is close to the aquarium and many places but we didn’t have time. 「What an exciting place with all kinds of unique items to check out. When we arrived we had a scavenger hunt for the army men that kept my grandson busy while we unpacked. All supplies were there and extra for us. We were close to Aquarium and concert venue. We had our two dogs and enjoyed the fenced in back yard and alley. 「It's very convenient to downtown Covington, Newport and Cincinnati. The place is great and safe and well appointed. However, there were some nasty neighbors around at all hours of the night screaming outside our front door. I would say it is a "transitioning neighborhood" but has not transitioned completely!」
