「Perfect location to see everything we planned in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Communication with Kelly was great, a slight issue with check in, but handled better than we would have expected. The snacks were great to have for our daily roadtrips, nice touch. Did not get a chance to use the spa or clubhouse, so busy enjoying the great outdoors. Would stay agin if ever in the area.」

「Pulled up at one in the morning. Trash everywhere, parking lot terrible. Windows open in winter, blinds broken in many apartments. Neighbor had both windows open and watching us. Emptied car cause did not want to leave anything in car. Bedroom doors all lock which is good in case someone breaks in. My son slept with one of the kitchen knives. Woke up at 12:30 and 4:30 in the morning from people screaming on Friday night. Road traffic and noise is loud. Better on Thursday night than Friday night....

「First time in West Hartford. This was the perfect location between downtown and Farmington. Walkable to the wonderful Center and it’s many restaurants. Sparkling clean. Highly recommend. 」

"空港からは少し距離がありますがAM3:30からシャトルバスが運行されていて、7時台のフライトへも充分間に合い、助かりました。設備は整っており、不満な点はありませんでした。「バーガーキング」が隣にあり、利用しました。他にも郊外型のレストランが数軒あり、食事には困りません。お勧めです。"

"部屋は経年劣化してますが、この価格では普通かと思います。静かですし隣室の音は全く聞こえません。空港に近くシャトルもあり、徒歩圏内に食事できる場所も複数あります。簡便なものですが朝食もありました。仕事で昼間は全く部屋にいないので、寝るだけなら充分です。また泊まると思います。"
