「We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??

「The property was excellent and we enjoyed our experience. Lots of great options for breakfast. Comfortable beds and even a decent sleeper sofa. We had two dogs and this hotel is very pet friendly. Not an unreasonable pet fee either for both. 」
「Good location, close to Norwalk but in a very quiet and peaceful area. Even with ongoing renovation, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and breakfast (not-included).
This doesn't affect review and it was situational but the fire alarm was triggered while we were at the pool (6pm) but everything was back to normal in 10 minutes.」
