"We had a getaway weekend for a close friend group from college. This location could not have been better! We had everything we needed. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and across the street, a bakery, pizza place, fantastically stocked market, and a nice restaurant! A short drive allowed us to enjoy shopping and more food choices, as well as giving our Manhattan friend easy access to the train. Really could not have been a better place for us. "My review of this hotel was going to be meh but now it’s going to be AWFUL. For the first time in my life, after staying in HUNDREDS of hotels, I have experienced bed bugs. I have bites all down my arms and legs. I could cry right now thinking that I may have brought something home from this hotel."

"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. Absolutely no security with doors without access card entry open all night. Ceiling tiles above the bar were missing and lying on the bar. Filthy carpets throughout the lobby tha smelled. I’ve travelled around the world and this was the wordy hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business . Z sell it to someone who does."

"Everything went well with check-in. We had dinner and were ready for bed, only to realize the bed's box spring was broken and found ourselves sinking in the middle of the mattress. We phoned the front desk multiple times from our cell phones, no response. We then visited the front desk, separately, and told they were overbooked and could not help us. They stated they'd leave a note for the next shift supervisor to assist, but afyer speaking with the front desk team, no such thing was done. The audacity to ask guests to submit a review online to not be charged the $3 parking fee. I get it...your facility is under construction, but your customer service and service issue resolution should be above and beyond, given the circumstances."

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. ❤️ The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the people. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, but this experience gave us exactly that. We were able to relax, reconnect, and simply enjoy our time together as husband and wife. Thank you to everyone who helped make our little getaway so memorable. We will definitely cherish this stay and look forward to coming back again! ✨ Highly recommended"
