"The East Norwich Inn definitely is in need of a refurbishment. The first room they gave us smelled like someone had been smoking in it. So, we asked to change our room. The next room they gave us was much better. It had LVP flooring where the first room had carpet. The rooms and public areas are clean and the staff is very friendly!"
