We had to last minute book for an additional day, the day before our reservations, and the staff was super helpful and got our entire stay moved to another room of the same tier. 「A gem amongst the trees! Terrific stay for a long weekend! It is what you make of it — relaxing in your room or on the numerous patio spaces, or in the library, or in the lobby! Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts.
